Yeah. I believe reloading would be more difficult because you are moving your arm more. From holding the front of the gun to the magazine well, that
is more distance than let's say for an M-16 or an AK while reloading. But i'd say it looks quite good.

Actually, jacky I have to correct you. Through further research, i realized that what i thought was right. In a bullpup design, the weapon's whole
overall length is the barrel. So the QBZ-95 would have a longer barrel actually. It wouldn't be less accurate because of its barrel length.

yeah, at least that part is true enough. What's the advantage of having your magazine located so far back? It makes you move your arm more. Yes the
barrel increases if you put a gun in bullpup, but its so inconvienient. I'd just stick with a normal assault rifle.
Actually i just viewed several websites about the m16 vs the ak47 issue. Most said that the m16 is the better weapon....
M16:
Pros-It's lighter,
more accurate,
more versatile,
allow numerous modifications to be made
such as mounting various uppers
has simple mecahnics allowing easy cleaning
Cons-The smaller 5.56 ammunition
reliable with the proper maintenance
AK47:
Pros-The AK-47 is a very effective weapon with great power
It has a very high rate of fire
comes at a very reasonable price.
select-fire
simple to operate, clean, and repair
reliable
Cons-Very loud noise
is heavy,
not accurate over 100 yards
any optics require special adapters
Many people don't like the AK safety mechanism
These i copied off of a site. Numerous of other sites said that the M16 was better other than the jamming factors which are fixed in the newer
versions. Also, they all say the 5.56 mm ammunition isn't such a big con. The .223 caliber rounds are enough to fell any human, deer, bears, cape
buffalo. The M16 has less recoil and is way more accurate. The AK47's advantage is that it is tough and durable and a larger caliber, but does not
compare up to today's M16 rifles. However the caliber is still not a great deal because 5.56 mm are enough to effectively kill any human
immediately.
"The US switched to 223 caliber rifles during the Vietnam war; the M16 and civilian variants of it are the closest thing there is to a real assault
rifle which is also a believable rifle and can hit things at significant distances. In particular, in a gunfight at 500 yards between a guy with an
M16 and a guy with an Ak47, the guy with the AK would most often be SOL."
"The early problems with the M16 was the propellant in the US M193 ball ammo used in the 1960s. That has long since changed, and the ammo has
improved, along with changes and mods to the weapon itself, the most important a new heavier bullet (SS109) and a different rate of twist in the bore
(1-7, 1-9 are most common, with the A1 version having a 1/12. C7s are 1/7"."

That guy was in the army and he tested these rifles. The ball ammo was probably what you said at school, michael, about it going through a person
instead of dealing more damage, but however, they changed that as seen above. With better bullets and problem solved you can compare the M16 to the
AK74 now.
The AK74 uses 5.56 mm, which is the same as the M16. Therefore, they have the same rounds, which eliminates the size of the caliber debate. The AK74
is basically the same.
"Then in 1974 a new type of AK was first seen by Allied Forces in the November military parades in Moscow. The calibre of this was the new 5.45 x
39mm, which was designed to compete with the US 5.56 for accuracy and lethality. The rifle gained popularity in Afghanistan, and again differs
slightly from the AKM. The main differences are of course the calibre, an improvement in the bolt, a new muzzle brake, and different stock
design."

Lol i read something interesting the guy who rambled on and on in like five consecutive essays, said that the M4 comes in 9X19 mm versions too to
compete with the MP5. So therefore, the M4's ammunition just owns the AKs.

LOL, Chinese people aren't stupid you know, if they're not good why would they adapt the Type 95 for the whole army? 101 ask your Lieutenant Colonel
Uncle about the gun and see how it compares.
And Fido, the sites you go on are all from the West, if you go to Russian sites, most definitely the AK will own.

Actually i've been to some russian sites that talk about each individual guns and stuff. although they don't create a comparison chart thing,
reading what they say about it looks like they find the m16 and the ak equal.
