EA Becomes Ad-Free, 100 Members, Looking for Volunteers

Posted 3-24-2005 at 11:49 PM

Howdy, Just a quick monthly update. We've removed our Google ad and now have officially become an adfree website! Google for some reason kicked me out of their Adsense service just when I reach $100. So basically they ripped me off, by waiting until I reach $100 and then kicking mean, so they just saved $100 and earned a hell lot more.

Other than the free banner ads that we offer, which is a free service to help out other websites, we do not have any other advertisements! Hopefully I will be able to sustain this for a while before running out of funds. More about the banner service. If you own a website you can post your website banner onto the top of our website so you can increase your website exposure! We believe in helping out fellow aviation websites so please use our service.

In other news, we're looking for volunteers to help manage the website! If you like to write or love airplanes, please considering getting a voluntary position at Electronic Aviation. We're always looking for volunteers that will be able to help us maintain the website and write articles. It will look good on your resumé as well as allowing you to hone your writing skills and express your opinion that will be read by hundreds and thousands of people! If you're interested please email me at michael@electronicaviation.com

Dark_Angel becomes the 100th member at Electronic Aviation! Thank you for joining, and please feel free to register. It's quick, easy and free and allows you to access many of the member features available at Electronic Aviation!

Thanks to all visitors who has made this website possible.

Michael
