The Netherlands are expected to be the first international country to purchase the PAC-3 missiles from Lockheed. $33.9 million have already been awarded to Lockheed to upgrade Netherlands' PAC-2 missiles. The Netherlands are expected to purchase a total of 32 missiles.
The PAC-3 is an upgraded version of PAC-2, which would supposedly have a higher accuracy against incoming targets.
Other countries interested in the PAC-3 include Japan, Taiwan, Germany, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia.

lol they should better inves in their navy as with the warming up of the earth and the netherlands is one of the lowest countries on earth(french call it pays bas) they are gonna live on floating houses in the next 100 yrs so investing in the navy would be much more usefull, or even in making dams and stuff to keep the water out of the land
:D:D
They should buy boats instead, or they'll be swimming with the fishies. ;)
