A Small skydiving plane made an emergency landing on Route 7, just outside of Albany Saturday.
New York State Police say the single engine Cessna had just taken off from Duanesburg, New York when the pilot experienced engine trouble.
That's when he decided to touch the plane down on Route 7.
Authorities say the plane landed, clipped a car, breaking its windshield and then skidded to a stop.
The driver of the car Michael Spector said he got the scare of his life. "I had ducked down when I saw it coming, bailed out of my car, when I got to the plane the passengers were walking around, but the pilot was stuck behind the seat and the dash," said Spector.
The 27-year-old pilot suffered head and possible internal injuries.
Two of the four passengers also suffered head injuries.
The federal aviation administration is investigating.
