Authorities are trying to determine whether charges should be filed against a passenger who made some inappropriate comments aboard a US Airways Flight, last Thrusday.

The plane was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Charlottesville, Va. on its way to Knoxville, Tenn. after the man suggested there might be a bomb on board. A search was conducted and nothing was found.

FBI Agents questioned the man for many hours and released him on Thursday night. Investigators believes that the man missed his flight which might have prompted these comments.
