Navy's new F-22 Raptor will thrill beach crowds at air show
There will be a new addition to the Air & Sea Show on its 11th anniversary.
By air, the F-22 Raptor, the newest fighter in the U.S. Air Force, will be unveiled this year to the crowds that will mass along Fort Lauderdale
beach.

"It has only been shown in public a handful of times," said Mickey Markoff, the executive producer of the event. "It can outmaneuver all current and projected threat aircraft to establish absolute control over the skies in any battlefield."
By sea, powerboats will race down the coast in a national championship series on both days.
The Air & Sea Show, set for the weekend of April 30-May 1, will be saluting "America's Heroes," a shift from logos in the past that honored just the American military.

I would love to see a F-22 fly over at 50 ft doing like a squillion mph... (Remind me to always carry a pair of earmuffs just incase one does, we
wouldn't like my ear-drums exploding would we!).
Unfortunately - unless my name is Osama Bin-Laden I wont see one for a while :barfy:
LOL! :D:D:D Love that Irony.
You never know when Uncle Sam says your next, though. ;)
