The F-8 Crusader was a high-wing and has the property of change the angle of incidence to allow landing speeds without the aircraft takes the high nose accent. The engine air inlet is under the radome, characteristic kept in the A-7 Corsair II, but this one have a smaller wing and with fixed incidence. |
